- Terms and Conditions: 1. The University has the right to cancel the bid fully or partially. (ዩኒቨርሲቲው ጨረታውን በከፊልም ሆነ ሙሉ በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብት አለው።) 2. Bidders are required to provide CPO or a bank guarantee of 100,000 birr in person. (ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያውን 100,000 ብር ሲፒኦ ወይም የባንክ ዋስትና በአካል ማቅረብ ይጠበቅባቸዋል፡፡) 3. Allow Bidders to share the key only within one hour after the submission deadline. (ተጫራቾች የጨረታ መለያ ቁጥራቸውን መላክ የሚችሉት ጨረታው ከተዘጋ ጀምሮ ባለው አንድ ሰዓት ውስጥ ብቻ ነው።) 4.
