RE-ADVERTISEMENT FOR SUPPLY OF VEHICLE External Bid Invitation
The Ethiopian Orthodox Church Development and Inter-Church Aid Commission, Refugee and Returnee Affairs Department invites qualified. reputable, (EOTC-DICAC/RRAD) experienced suppliers to submit proposals for the supply of one (1) 2026 BYD Sealion electric vehicle. The procurement falls under the “Mignote” (Aspiration) Project Component 1. First Phase (September 2024 – August 2026), funded by the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands.

Submission Instructions
Interested and qualified applicants are required to submit sealed, signed and stamped Technical and Financial Proposals in separate envelops together with all relevant credentials, accompanied by 2% of the quoted price (including VAT) in the form of a CPO from a recognized bank on or before the 7th day (due date 22/09/2026) At 4:30 Am from the date of this advertisement on newsletter.
