INVITATION TO BID
This is to invite qualified suppliers to submit a firm, complete technical and commercial proposal for the supply of process machinery, automation system, and related engineering/supervision services for the 300 MTPD Corn Wet Milling Plant and 210 MTPD Glucose Processing Plant described herein. Any interested bidder can participate in supplying processing plant. The plant is located in Gelan, Oromia.
1. Interested bidders shall submit the following evidence:
a. In the case of Ethiopian bidders.
i. Trade License and Tax Identification Number (TIN)
ii. Tax clearance certificate valid at bidding date and VAT registration certificate:
b. In the case of bidders other than Ethiopians: business organization registration certificate or trade license issued by the country of establishment.
2. A complete set of bidding documents prepared in English language may bepurchased by interested bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 100.00 (One hundred birr) at the following address from September 21, 2026 at 8:30 A.M. late bids will be rejected.

3. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before April 20, 2026 before 2:30P.M. late bids will be rejected. Qualification information of the bidders will be opened in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 2:00 PM on the same date of bid submission as stated above.
