INVITATION TO BID

The Lutheran World Federation (LWF) is launching an Open Bid and invites interested bidders for the Supply and installation of

• Submersible solar pump sets,
• Vertical surface-mounted pump with motor and
• Complete solar system with elevated fiberglass tank, and distribution/pressure network

1. All goods and services are to be supplied and installed in locations Ethiopia, Amhara region.

2. Bidders without a valid, renewed business license will be excluded. Final selection and award will be based on the highest combined technical and financial score.

3. All offers, in English language only, must be delivered to the office before the deadline.

4. Applicants with questions regarding this tender should send their questions in writing or email before the clarification request deadline indicated in the tender dossier.

5. Tenders will be opened at the address mentioned below at the time stated in the Tender Dossier. Tenderers or their authorized representative can be present at the opening of tenders.
