Procurement Title: Supply, installation, configuration, integration, testing, training, commissioning, and
support of an Al-enabled Contact Centre Solution

1. Dashen Bank S.C. (the Bank) invites sealed bids from interested, eligible, experienced, and qualified bidders to propose a solution for the Supply, installation, configuration, integration, testing, training, commissioning, and support of an Al-enabled Contact Centre Solution.

2. Interested and eligible bidders are invited to download the bid document  via the Bank SAP Ariba System starting from September 21, 2026 as prerequisite; a non-refundable fee of ETB 500.00 (Five Hundred Birr only) must be paid for each bid reference numbers. Payment should be deposited into Account No.180020002 at any Dashen Bank Branch. Bidders must upload their payment advice via SAP Ariba System to gain full access to document.

3. All interested bidders should be registered on the Bank’s supplier list data base system via https://dashenbanksc.com/sap-ariba-supplier-registration.

4. Renewed Commercial Registration, Business License, TIN Registration Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate, and Incorporation Documents (i.e. Articles of Association, Memorandum of Association, Bylaws, Minutes, etc.) are required while submitting the bid document.

5. The bidders shall be presented as a bid security for of ETB 1,200,000.00.00 (Birr One Million Two Hundred Thousand only) or USD 7,325.00 (Seven Thousand Three Hundred Twenty Five USD) in the form of Irrevocable and 9rted blu Unconditional Bank Guarantee or cashier’s payment order (CPO) Counter Svitlis Bank Guarantee by a commercial Bank in Ethiopia. Bid bond security in any other form is not acceptable.

6. Bidders shall present a bid security in the form of unconditional & gor abs irrevocable Bank Guarantee or cashier’s payment order (CPO) or) at least valid for 180 days upon submission of proposal/or offer. At the same time, the bid validity shall be 150 days.

7.Bidders must submit the Technical Proposal & Financial Offer electronically u on or before bid submission deadline for bid. 

8. Bid document shall be submitted through Bank’s SAP Ariba System, electronically on or before October 21, 2026 up to 5:00 PM EAT afternoon and the technical bid proposal shall be opened electronically tentatively bad on October 22, 2026 at 2:00 PM EAT afternoon.

9. Failure to comply with any of the conditions stated above shall result in alq automatic rejection.

10. The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject the bid either partially or  fully.
