Call for Bids for Corporate Hotel Service

JSI would like to invite interested, eligible, and quali- fied hotels to participate in the selection process for a Corporate Hotel Service Agreement for the provision of accommodation, meeting, and related services.

 Requirements

• A Copy of a valid and renewed Business License for EFY 2018/19.
• Copy of the VAT Registration Certificate. TIN Cer- tificate, and Trade Registration Certificate. Any additional supporting documents demon- strating the company’s technical qualifications and capacity.
• References from previous clients and a good track record of delivering quality event services.
• Demonstrated experience hosting conferences. workshops, training, and meetings of similar size and complexity.
• Professional staff, responsiveness, event coordi- nation support, and a positive customer service record.

**Qualified Hotels located in (Adama, Bishoftu, Ha- wassa, Bahirdar, Dessie, Kombolcha, Gondar, Dire Dawa, Harar, Shashemene. Jimma, Dilla & Jinka), and meeting the above criteria are invited to sub- mit separate technical and financial proposals, elec- tronically or in hard copy sealed envelopes before October 05, 2026, 05:30 pm.
