1. Invitation Overview

Smart Industrial Label Manufacturing PLC invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified national consulting firms, consortiums, and joint ventures for professional consultancy services:

“Feasibility Study, Bankable Business Plan, Technology Recommendation, and Implementation Oversight for an Industrial Label Printing and Converting Facility”

Project Location: Amhara Regional State, North Shewa Zone, Debre Berhan City Administration, Ethiopia.

2. Bidding Document & Collection

• Non-Refundable Fee: ETB 1,000.00 (One Thousand Ethiopian Birr)

3. Requirements & Submission Guidelines

• Mandatory Legal Documents: Valid/renewed business license, Tax Clearance Certificate. VAT Registration Certificate, TIN certificate, and relevant professional practice certificate.
• Bid Security: 1% of the total bid price (including VAT), up to a maximum of ETB 500,000, in the form of a CPQ or Unconditional Bank Guarantee from a recognized local commercial bank in Ethiopia.
• Proposal Packaging: Submit in separate sealed envelopes for Technical and Financial proposals (1 Original and 1 Copy each), enclosed in one outer envelope marked with the bid reference. Electronic bidding is not permitted: late bids will be rejected.
