Bid Reference: GGE/SCH1/2026

Geneva Global Inc. (GGI-Eth) is an international non-governmental organization registered as foreign charity under the charity and societies Reg.No.1724 Act to operate in Ethiopia. GGI-Eth has been implementing inclusive education in partnership with other organizations in the country. Geneva Global Inc would like to purchase Scholastic Materials.

Therefore, the purpose of this bid is to identify eligible vendors who can deliver the specified items in this bid as per the stated specification on time with competitive price for the following items:

NB: The price offer Should include transportation cost to Amhara(Dembecha, Fenote Selam) and Oromia Region (Gimbi, Nedjo and Mendi). Sample of the items should be presented while bid submission 

Delivery Time: 5 Days

• Interested and eligible bidders may bring the three sealed envelopes (Financial Document, Technical Document and Bid security/CPO on a separate envelop) to Geneva Global Ethiopia office located at Bole Road, Kebede Haile Building, 2nd Floor, next to Oromia International Bank Head Quarter.
• Submission of item samples is mandatory and must accompany the bid proposal.
• Bidders shall furnish 2% bid security from the total financial offer before VAT in the form Certified Payment Order (C.P.O) only.
• Bidders are obliged to submit their separate financial, technical documents and bid Security in sealed and stamped envelopes. The sealed envelope must be clearly labeled with the bidder’s name, address, and legal stamp, and placed in the designated bid box at Geneva Global Office.
• The validity period of the bids should be at least 30 (Thirty) days from the deadline of tender submission.
• The offered prices shall be quoted in Ethiopian Birr (ETB).
• The envelope must include all documents required for the bidding process. Including: –

• • Renewed business registration certificate for the Year 2018 E.C
  • Valid Tax Clearance/TIN number
  • Certificate of good bid performance or delivery history
  • Bid documents must be stamped and signed by an official organizational representative
• Any bid that does not meet the legal document requirements will be rejected.
• Late submissions will not be accepted.

The bid will be closed within seven (7) consecutive calendar days starting from the date of bid announcement September 22,2026 and closes on September 28 ,2026, 03:00 PM and bids will be opened on the same date on September 28, 2026 at 03:30 PM. The offer, comprising of a technical bid, price schedule and bid security, in sealed envelope, should be submitted according to the bid specification to the tender box prepared for this specific bid at Geneva Global Addis Ababa Office during working hours (Monday-Friday 8:30AM up to 5:00 (for the closing date up to 10:00 AM). Bids will be opened on September 28 ,2026, 03: 30 PM in front of bidders who wish to attend the opening at Geneva Global Ethiopia office located at Bole Road, Kebede Haile Building, 2nd Floor. 

NB: Geneva Global Inc. Ethiopia reserves the right to request additional information from prospective bidders and reject any or all bids without any liability, or when considered to be in the best interest of the agency and/or the people it serves.
