1. Introduction

Saint Gobain Weber Ethiopia invites competitive quotations from reputable, licensed vehicle rental companies for the supply of four (4) Suzuki vehicles on a rental basis, self-drive (without driver).

2. Scope of Rental

• Vehicle type: Suzuki Dzire
• Quantity: 4 (Four) units
• Driver: Not required – self-drive rental only
• Fuel: Excluded from rental price – to be borne by the Client
• Rental period: 12 months, renewable upon mutual agreement

3. Vendor Responsibilities (to be included in quoted price)

• Comprehensive vehicle insurance (own-damage and third-party)
• Scheduled and routine maintenance / servicing
• Repairs arising from normal wear and tear
• Replacement vehicle in case of breakdown lasting more than 24 hours

4. Submission Requirements

Bidders are required to submit the following as part of their offer:

• Valid trade license / business registration certificate
• Company profile and fleet details
• Monthly rental price per vehicle and total price for 4 vehicles (VAT-inclusive and exclusive)
• Details of insurance coverage to be provided
• Maintenance and servicing plan
• Vehicle delivery / mobilization timeline

5. Tender Timeline

• Opening Date: September 22, 2026
• Closing Date: September 29, 2026, 5:00 PM (one week from opening)
• Offers received after the closing date and time will not be considered.

6. Submission of Offer

Sealed quotations, marked “Quotation – SGW-VR-2026-01, Vehicle Rental”, should be submitted to the address below, or emailed as indicated, on or before the closing date.
