1. The University has the right to cancel the bid fully or partially. (ዩኒቨርሲቲው ጨረታውን በከፊልም ሆነ ሙሉ በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብት አለው።)
2. The Awarding organization is obligated to deliver all awarded items to the university using its own transportation. (አቅራቢዎች ያሸነፏቸውን እቃዎች በራሳቸው ትራንስፖርት ዩኒቨርሲቲው ድረስ የማቅረብ ግዴታ አለባችው።)
3. We hereby state that any bidder who wins but fails to submit the required offer will be barred from participating in future tenders, and we will file a complaint against them with the Ethiopian Federal Public Procurement and Property Authority.
