Bidders should provide copy of Renewed Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate, TIN Certificate, Tax Clearance Letter and other relevant documents required in the tender document along with the Bid Documents;
Bidders can collect the bidding documents from office number 313, after the publication of this advertisement in the newspaper, from September 30, 2026 to October 22, 2026, during regular working hours, by depositing Birr 500 (five hundred) for each lot into account number 1000616070839 at the Addis International Convention Center, S.C. Office, with the receipt of the deposit.
Bidders must submit the bid specifications, including their specifications and prices, in two sealed envelopes (technical and financial), original & copy with their company seal and signature, and place them in the designated bid box.
Bid submission date: Bids can be submitted from September 30, 2026 to October 22, 2026, at the company’s office located on the 3rd floor of the Addis International Convention Center, S.C. until 2:00 PM; the bid opening date will be October 22, 2026 at 2:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives.
The Company reserves the right to fully or partially accept or reject the bid.
