Aggar Microfinance S.co invites eligible, qualified and reputable suppliers for the supply and delivery of camera and its accessories, including a spare battery, memory card, tripod, camera bag, external microphone and lighting kit.

Instruction to Bidders
The Bidders should submit at least the following:-

1. Bidders must have renewed trade license and registration certificate.

2. VAT and TIN registration certificate.

3. Tax clearance certificate for 2019 E.C.

4. The company profile.

5. Evidence of previous experience to supply the items in similar organization.

6. Bid Security equivalent two percent (2%) of the total bid price of the items for which the Bidder submits a bid. The Bid Security shall be provided in the form of cash deposit or bank guarantee

7. Bidders must meet all eligibility and qualification requirements specified in the offer and submit the required legal, financial, technical, experience, and other supporting documents

8. Submission Deadline: bidders their offer or proposals shall be submitted in on or before October 13, 2026, at 10:00AM local time at the Procurement and Facility Manager’s Office, Room No. 308.

9. Bid Opening: Bids will be opened on October 13, 2026, at 10:30 AM local time at the address below, in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who wish to attend.

10. The bid document will be available from September 28,2026, upon payment of a non- refundable fee of ETB 200.00/two hundred / at the Procurement and Facility Manager’s Office, Room No. 308

11. Aggar Microfinance Institution S.C. reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, in accordance with the applicable procurement requirements
