3. Interested illegible bidders may obtained further information from inspect the bid document from at local time 2:30 up to 6:30 & in the afternoon 7:30PM 11:00 Monday to Friday at the address given below.

4. The bidding document in English & afan Oromo may be purchased bay interested eligible upon the submission of written application to the address below & upon payment of for each nonrefundable fee of ETB 1,500.00(One thousand five hundred)birr.

5. Bidder’s documentary requirements include category of renewed trade license Tax clearance & Vat registration & Certificate of compliance.

6. Bid will publicly opened in the presence of the bidders representative who choose to attend in person at the address below from the date of announcement on the Newspaper before 4:00 local time closed bid will be opened 4:30 after 21 working days. If the 22th day is a holyday opening & Closing will be the next working day at the same time.

7. All bid must be Accompanied bid security in the form of CPO or Bank Guaranty amount of ETB 500,000.00( Five Hundred Thousand birr) in the name of Oromia Irrigation & Pastoralist Development Bureau (OIPDB).

8. The Bureau reserves to reject any or all bids.
