  Bidder has failed to submit dated Delivery and Completion Schedule presented as per template in Section 6, Statement of Requirements

  Bidder is found to have a conflict of interest as described in ITB Sub-Clause 4.3

• Bidder has to submit Written statement by a power of attorney (or notary statement, etc.) proving that the person, who signed the bid on behalf of the company partnership /joint venture/consortium, is duly authorized to do so
