ማሳሰቢያ 

1. ግዥ ሊፈፀም ያወጣነው ዕቃ (ህትመት) በተቀመጠው አይነትና መጠን ህትመቱ በዩኒቨርስቲው በሚያቀርበው ሳምፕል መሰረት በአክሮን ወረቀት ተሰርቶ መቅረብ አለበት።
2. ለውድድሩ የተጠየቀውን የህጋዊነት ማስረጃዎች በሲስተሙ ላይ መለጠፍዎን እንዳለ ሆኖ ከተሰማሩበት የንግድ ዘርፍ ውጪ አይለጥፉ።
3. ንብረቱን ደብረ ብርሃን ዩኒቨርሲቲ ዋናው ግቢ መጋዘን ድረስ አጓጉዘው ማስረከብ አለባቸው።
4. ውድድሩ በጥቅል ስለሆነ የተጠቀሱትን ዕቃዎች (ህትመቶች) ሁሉንም ዋጋ መሙላት አለበት ካልተሞላ ከውድድር ውጭ ያስደርጋል።
5. ዩኒቨርሲቲው የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው።
