  The bidder has to submit a description of the organization of the warranty offered in accordance with the conditions laid down in GCC Clause 23;

• Financial Standing of the Bidder

   

  The average annual turnover, calculated as total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed within the last 2 years, must exceed times the amount of the financial proposal of the Bid;

• Certificates of satisfactory execution of contracts

   

  The Bidder shall submit certificates of satisfactory execution for at least two contracts successfully completed within the two previous consecutive years. Each contract must have been executed for a contracting authority and shall demonstrate a minimum contract value of Birr 200,000. The certificates must be duly signed and stamped by the contracting parties, evidencing timely completion and compliance with contractual obligations.
