  ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ 50,000.00 ብር CPO ወይም በሁኔታ ላይ ያልተመሰረተ ለ90 ቀን የሚቆይ የባንክ ጋራንቲ ስካን በማድረግ በሲስተም የሚያቀርቡ ሲሆን ዋናውን ጨረታ ከመከፈቱ በፊት 1ኛ ፎቅ ቢሮ ቁጥር 022 ማስገባት አለባቸው፡፡

  ተጫራቾች ባለስልጣን መ/ቤቱ ተሽከርካሪ መበላሸቱን በስልክ ወይም በጽሑፍ ትዕዛዝ ለጎታች አገልግሎት ሰጪ ድርጅት ካሳወቀ በ1 ሰዓት ውስጥ የተበላሸውን ተሽከርካሪ  አንስቶ  ወደ ጋራዥ ወይም ባለስልጣን መ/ቤቱ ወዳዘጋጀው ስፍራ  ማድረስ ያለባቸው ሲሆን ይህን  በጽሑፍ ማረጋገጫ ማቅረብ አለባቸው፡፡
