It is remembered that Ethio telecom has issued International Request for Information (RFI) for the procurement of Hybrid Energy Storage Systems (HESS), Semi-Solid-State or Solid-State Battery Technology for telecom Power Systems, Fuel Cell Energy Solutions for telecom Power Systems and Hybrid-Wind-Solar Power Systems with RFI NO. 4287616. 

In response to RFI invitation, you have collected the RFI documents and some of the participants have requested clarifications on the technical requirements. Following this, participants’ clarification requests were thoroughly reviewed, and appropriate clarification responses were given as per the attached summary of responses.

Therefore, this is kindly to notify you that clarification responses are attached with this cover letter for your consideration and help you prepare & submit robust technical proposal to build workable requirements for next procurement activities.
