Rate Card: The RFPS refers to a Rate Card as Annex D (Special Notes, 2.5) and as Annex H (Part II, 1.4), but it is not included in the document downloaded from UNGM. Could you please share the Rate Card template (preferably in Excel)?

Company experience: The ToR (Section 5A) mentions “over five years’ experience working with international organizations/media.” Is this a pass/fail requirement? Can the combined professional experience of the proposed key personnel be considered toward it?

It’s not a Pass/Fail requirement but it will be an additional input for the scoring

Key personnel: May key personnel engaged on an exclusive contractual basis (rather than as permanent staff) be proposed, provided they sign the exclusivity and availability statement?
