INVITATION FOR EXTERNAL AUDIT SERVICE

Aboll Bunna Microfinance Institution S.C is seeking to appoint a Public External audit firm to undertake the audit of its account for the three consecutive years 2019 E.C, 2020 E.C & 2021 E.C.

1. Therefore, Public Audit firms who have a competency certificate from the office of the Federal Audit General / Accounting & Auditing Board of Ethiopia (AABE) are invited to submit their quotation for consideration.

Each bidder is there for obliged to fulfill the following requirements.

• VAT registration certificate
• The firm’s profile
• Renewed licenses
• Tax payer identification number (TIN)
• Renewed licenses from AABE
• Audit fee to be charged including VAT
• List and profile of the staff
• List the profile of the staff to be assigned to perform the audit
• Delivery time to accomplish the audit

2. Bidders can assess the size of the audit work in person or by calling our office at Aboll Bunna Microfinance institution S. C or Mobil 0905-11-11-05 or 0905-11-11-04

3. Bidders should submit their technical and financial bid documents in two separate sealed envelopes to the sheer company’s head office, physically within seven days of the notice.
