  The bidder shall be a valid authorization letter from the original manufacturer or an authorized representative confirming the bidder’s authorization to supply the offered spare parts.

  The bidder submit All offered spare parts shall be brand-new, unused, genuine/OEM or OEM-approved, and suitable for the specified equipment.

Each certificate/letter shall clearly indicate the execution/completion date, contract/order amount, description of the supplied spare parts, and confirmation of satisfactory performance.
