INVITATION TO BID FOR SPACE RENTAL 

Bid Announcement No.:SSNT-T545

Ethiopian Airlines Group/EAG/- intends to lease open spaces available at Addis Ababa Bole International Airport Terminal 2 (two) for competent Bank service providers who are willing to provide the following services on rental basis:

• Banking & Forex services -Two (2) locations at Arrival
• ATM Services- Two (2) locations at Arrival

Hence, EAG invites all interested and eligible bidders who can meet the requirements stated hereunder:

1. Any Legally established bidders with valid and renewed business license of commercial banking services from National Bank of Ethiopia, VAT registration certificate (if any), TIN certificate and Tax clearance certificate stating the bidder is eligible to participate in any public tender and valid at least at the deadline for submission of bids can participate on the bid.

2. Bidders should deposit non-refundable ETB 100.00 (One Hundred Birr) to the nearby Commercial Bank of Ethiopia (CBE) branch referring this tender number SSNT-T545 to Ethiopian Airlines Group Account Member 1000006958277(E-99). Bidders shall email the scanned copy of the deposit slip along with their company name, bid announcement number & contact phone number to the email address below and will get the Tender document by return Email.

3. Bidders should submit bid security of ETB 100,000.00 (One Hundred Thousand Birr) in the form of CPO or unconditional Bank guarantee from a recognized bank in the name of “Ethiopian Airlines Group”. Any insurance and conditional guarantee shall not be accepted.

4. Bids documents must be submitted in separate envelopes ie, the original and copy Technical Proposal, original and copy Financial Offer, and Bid Security; and one outer envelope, duly marking the inner envelopes as “ORIGINAL” and “COPIES” document delivered to Ethiopian Airlines Group, Strategic Sourcing Non-Technical section on September 19, 2025 until 3:00PM. The bid will be opened on the same date at 3:30PM at Ethiopian Airlines Group head office, bid opening hall in the presence of those interested bidders or their representatives.

Ethiopian Airlines reserve the right to cancel or modify the tender partially or entirely.
