- ማንኛውም ተጫራች ቴክኒካልም ፋይናንሺያልም መክፍቻ ወቅት ኪ-ሼር የማድረግ ግዴታ አለባቸው በወቅቱ ኪ-ሼር ያላደረገ ተጫራች ከውድድር ውጪ ይሆናል።
