Mercy Corps is a non-religious, non-profit and non-governmental international humanitarian organization.

Mercy Corps is seeking a supplier for supply of: Fishery input supply for its Gambella area projects of Gambella Region. If you are interested in submitting a bid, you should complete an Intent to Bid plus Supplier Information Forms and then, submit it according to the guidelines below.

1. Intend to Bid Form can be picked up from Mercy Corps Gambella office +251-471518886/+251-471514457 or

2. Bidders can send an email to et-tender-questions@mercycorps.org and request the Intent to bid and Supplier Information form. Make sure to write the Tender number and description of the bid in the subject line of the email. Requests sent without description and Tender reference number may not be considered. Requests for intent to bid and supplier information forms sent by email after 8th October 2025, 5:00PM, will not be considered.

The deadline for submission of Intent to Bid is 9th October 2025, 5:00PM and please submit ITB in one of the below methods.

1. Email completed Intent to Bid and Supplier Information Forms to et-tender-questions@mercycorps.org with the Tender Reference number in the email subject line.

OR

2. Return the completed Intent to Bid and Supplier Information Forms in person and put in the Tender Box placed at Mercy Corps Gambela Office +251-471518886/+251-471514457. The Tender Reference number should be written on the envelope.

After the closing date of this Tender Notice, the Request for Bid will be sent to the suppliers who submitted Intent to Bid Forms. The Request for Bid will be sent according to the preference you have mentioned in the Intent to Bid Form.
