NOTICE OF INVITATION FOR BIDS FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF OF SUPPLY AND FIX OF ARMSTRONG AND ALUMINUM SUSPENDED CEILING FOR ADDIS ABABA SMALL AND MEDIUM SCALE MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY CLUSTER LOT I AND GELAN MENTAL HEALTH TREATMENT AND REHABLITATION CENTER (NCB/MCG-008/2025)

MCG CONSTRUCTION PLC invites bidders to submit sealed bids for the Procurement of Supply and Fix of Armstrong And Aluminum Suspended Ceiling for Addis Ababa Small and Medium Scale Manufacturing Industry Cluster

• Lot I and Gelan Mental Health Rehabilitation Hospital
• (Lot II) Project by providing the necessary labor, material, and equipment in fulfillment the contractual requirements made with the Employer.

1. Interested bidders shall submit the following evidences:

• Trade/Business License renewed for 2018 E.C. from authorized bodies;
• VAT Registration Certificate:
• Tax clearance certificate which shows the bidder to participate in public tenders at the date of the deadline for bid submission;
• Relevant professional practice certificates renewed for at least 2017 E.C.
• Registration as Supplier in the list of the mandated public body, i.e. public Procurement and Property Administration Agency (PPPAA).

2. Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding (NCB) and is open to all eligible bidders as specified and defined in the Bidding Documents.

3. A complete set of bidding documents prepared in English language may be purchased by interested bidders from the address below at a nonrefundable fee of ETB 200.00 effective as of October 20, 2025. The method of payment shall be in cash.

4. Bid must be accompanied by bid security of Birr 200,000.00 (Birr Two Hundred Thousand). The bid security shall be at the Bidder’s option, could be in form of CPO or unconditional bank guarantee.

5. MCG CONSTRUCTION PLC reserves the right to accept or reject the bid.

6. Bids must be delivered to the address below on 29th day of October 2025 at 8:30 local time.
