The manufacturer shall be listed in the Global Fund (GF) latest version of the “List of Indoor Residual Sprays (IRS) that meet GF Quality Assurance (QA) requirements for use against malaria vectors”, valid before the bid closing and opening date and time

Bidder has to submit at least 2 Certificates of satisfactory execution of contracts provided by contracting parties to the contracts successfully completed in the period contract in the past 5 years;

The Service reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids, at any time prior to award of contract without there by incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders or any obligation to inform the affected bidder or bidders on the ground for the company’s action. Bid security must be submitted in scanned copy through the system and hard copy must be submitted to procurement management directorate physically before closing & opening date. N.B The bid security amount submitted shall be 2% of the total quoted price amount. However, the maximum amount of bid security value will be 2,000,000 (Two million) ETB or Equivalent currency with the exchange rate of National bank of Ethiopia. Bidders shall share their private security key on the eGP system before the deadline of bid submission. Failure to share the private security key shall be subject to rejection of bid.
