Invitation for Open Bid

The Sandford International School hereby invites potential interested bidders to submit their bid proposal for the supply, delivery, and installation of the following list of different materials for its educational purpose. Suppliers are expected to provide detailed price, specification, delivery and Warranty periods for each Lots categorized here under:

• • Lot 1- Early Years Playground Equipment Supply and Installation, as per attached TOR
  • Lot 2- IT Related materials, as per attached bid document specification
  • Lot 3- Class Room Polishing and Varnishing Floor Work, as per attached TOR
  • Lot 4- Replacing the Existing Downpipe and Gutter by new, as per attached Scope of Work (SOW)
  • Lot 5- Supply of Generator & Photocopier spare parts and Motor Speed Controller, as per attached bid document specification.
  • Lot 6- LCD Projector (Sony), Water Pump, and Music Instrument (Guitar and Drum) Maintenance service
  • Lot 7- Consulting firm for the Design Services of the HCB Concrete Fence Constriction, as pe attached TOR
• Bid documents are available against payment of non- refundable Birr 300.00 from the school’s Finance Office from Monday, May 11, 2026 – Wednesday, May 20, 2026
• All bids must be accompanied by a bid Security Bond of 2% of the total Bid Price, only in the form ofCPO,payable to Sandford International School.
• Bid should be submitted in two separate sealed envelopes, Financial and Technical Proposals.
• All bidders should attach their Renewed License and other legal documents with the bid document.
• The bidder should attach company profile and testimonial letters for successful delivery which states the quality of items supplied to myriad of clients in various sectors (GOs, NGOS and International institutions.)
• The bid will be closed on Wednesday, May 20, 2026 at 10.00AM in the morning
• The bid will be open in the presence of interested bidders or their legal representatives on Wednesday, May 20, 2026 at 2.00pm. in the afternoon.
• The school reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
