- Terms and Conditions: ተጫራቾች ከኢትዮጵያ ምግብና መድሀኒት ቁጥጥር ባለስልጣን ወይም ከኢትዮጵያ የተስማሚነትና ምዘና ድርጀት የጥራት ማረጋገጫ ማምጣት አለባቸው፡፡ ተጫራቾች የሚያቀርቡት ውሃ ለስድስት ወራት የአገልግሎት ጊዜው የሚቆይ መሆን አለበት፡፡ አሸናፊው ድርጅት ዉሃውን በራሱ ትራንስፖርት አና የጉልበት ሰራተኞች ወጪ ወደ ጅቡቲ መስመር ከአዲስ አበባ በ230 ኪሎ ሜትር ርቀት ላይ ወደ ሚገኘው አዋሽ ጉምሩክ ቅ/ጽ/ቤት መጋዘን ገቢ ማድረግ አለባቸው፡፡ አሸናፊው ድርጅት ባለ 600ሚ.ሊ(ግማሽ ሊትር) ውሃ በሁለት ዙር ከመ/ቤቱ በሚሰጠው የግዥ ትዕዛዝ መሰረት ማቅረብ አለበት በዚሁ መሰረት የመጀመሪያ ዙር በቀረበው ውሃ ብዛት መሰረት ወዲያውኑ ክፍያ ይፈጸማል በተመሳሳይ ሁለተኛ ዙር ዉሃው ሲቀርብ በቀረበው ውሃ ብዛት ክፍያው ይፈጸማል፡፡ ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያውን 20,000/ሃያ ሺህ ብር/ በስስተም አታች በማድረግ በአካል ማቅረብ አለባቸው መ/ቤቱ ጨረታውን በከፊል ወይም በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብቱ በህግ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡አሸናፊው ድርጅት ባለ 600ሚ.ሊ(ግማሽ ሊትር) ውሃ በሁለት ዙር ለማቅረብ የዋጋ ለውጥ ሳይደረግበት ለአንድ ዓመት ፀንቶ የሚቆይ ውል ከመ/ቤቱ ጋር መግባት አለበት፡፡
