INVITATION TO BID FOR SPACE RENTAL

Ethiopian Airlines Group (EAG) intends to lease a total of twelve (12) open spaces available for different commercial business at two different regional Airports (Bahir-Dar Airport (Café and Restaurant, Minimarket Shops, Cultural Clothing and Souvenir Shops, and Information Desks) and (Kombolcha Airport (Cafe and Restaurant, as well as Children’s Amusement areas with Café Services).

Hence, EAG invites all interested and eligible bidders who can meet the requirements stated here

under: –

1. Any Legally established bidders with renewed and related Trade License for the current year, VAT registration certificate, Taxpayer Identification Certificate (TIN), and Tax Clearance Certificate stating the bidder is eligible to participate in any public tender and valid at least at the deadline for submission of bids can participate on this bid.
2. Bidders should deposit non-refundable ETB 100.00 (One Hundred Birr) to the nearby Commercial Bank of Ethiopia (CBE) branch referring this tender number SSNT-T610 to Ethiopian Airlines Group Account Number 1000006958277(E-99). Bidders shall email the scanned copy of the deposit slip along with their company name, bid announcement number & contact phone number to the below email address, and will get the Tender document by return Email.
3. Bidders shall furnish bid security in the form of CPO or unconditional and irrevocable bank guarantee with an amount of ETB 5,000 (Five Thousand birr) for each space code, which is valid for 90 days starting from bid opening date in the name of “Ethiopian Airlines Group”, in sealed and separate envelope and the envelope that contain the bid bond marked “Bid Security”. Bid Security from any insurance company will not be acceptable.
4. Bidders shall submit their Eligibility documents (renewed and related trade license, VAT Registration and TIN and Tax Clearance document) & financial proposal in two envelops marked “Original” and “Duplicate” and deliver to Ethiopian Airlines  Group, Headquarter, Strategic Sourcing Non-Technical section on May 06, 2026, until 3:00PM. The bid will be opened on the same date 3:30PM at Ethiopian Airlines Group head office, bid opening hall in the presence of those interested bidders or their representatives.
