Commercial Nominees plc. is founded & owned by Commercial Bank Ethiopia. The Company would like to invite eligible bidders BC/GC grade 3 or above for the Consultancy of:

• Engagement of a specialized Sewerage and Hydraulic Consultancy firm to address the persistent basement water ingress at the Commercial Nominee’s Building located behind Africa Union

Bidders (Consultants) should attach tax clearance certificate of the period, VAT certificate, tin number, relevant renewed trade license & Suppliers registration certificate with their bid document.

The bidding document shall be obtained from the company located at Bole Airport road, behind Dembel City Center, Commercial Nominees Building 5th floor, Procurement Division, up on payment of non-refundable Birr 100.00 during working hours (8:00 am 12:00 a.m. in the morning, 1:00pm-5:00 pm in the afternoon Monday-Friday and Saturday 8:00 am – 12:00 a.m. in the morning)

Bids should be deposited in the tender box placed at the address mentioned above until Tuesday, April 28, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. Bids shall be opened on the same date at 10:30 a.m. at the morning in the presence of bidders or their representatives in the Assembly Room of the Company. Bidder must submit bid bond Birr 100,000.00 in a form of CPO or unconditional Bank Guarantee. Technical and financial proposal should be issued with a separate sealed envelope.

Bids that do not meet the requirement mentioned above shall be rejected with no further notice.
