- Terms and Conditions: 1. The University has the right to cancel the bid fully or partially. (ዩኒቨርሲቲው ጨረታውን በከፊልም ሆነ ሙሉ በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብት አለው።) 2. Bidders are required to provide a bank guarantee of 80,000 birr in person. (ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያውን 80,000 ብር የባንክ ዋስትና ወይም ሲፒኦ በአካል ማቅረብ ይጠበቅባቸዋል፡፡) 3. Bidders must submit their Private Key number before to the bid opening date.(አቅራቢዎች የጨረታ መለያ ቁጥራቸውን ከጨረታ መክፈቻው ቀን ቀድመው መላክ አለባችው።) 4. አሸናፊው ድርጅት ዕቃውን ደብረ ታቦር ዩኒቨርሲቲ ግቢ ድረስ የማቅረብ ግደታ አለበት፡፡ 5. ተወዳዳሪ ድርጅቶች ለሚወዳደሩባቸው ሁሉም ዕቃዎች ናሙና የማቅረብ ግደታ አለባቸው ፤ካላቀረቡ ከውድድር ውጭ ይሆናሉ፡፡
