Ripple Effect International Ethiopia (Registered Foreign Charity No. 0638) invites qualified audit firms to submit proposals for external audit services for the financial year July 2025 – June 2026 (renewable).

Procurement Method: Consultancy Services – Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) – Technical 80% / Financial 20%

Scope: Statutory audit, compliance review, IPSAS report, management letter, project-level audit extracts, and group auditor questionnaire (UK).

Required documents: Renewed license, TIN, VAT certificate, and evidence of relevant NGO audit experience.
