External Audit Service for IHS Ethiopia

Innovative Humanitarian Solutions (IHS) was established in 2013. It was registered with charity & Society authority in accordance with Charities and Societies proclamation No. 621/2009 on June 25, 2013 with certificate bearing number 3075. Ever since it’s established in 2013 in Ethiopia, IHShas been engaged in a wide range of poverty reduction and development activities and becoming one of the few, charity organization in the country.

IHS Ethiopia now is seeking the service of an independent and licensed audit firm to conduct an external audit of its financial statements and related records in accordance with applicable accounting and auditing standards.

1) Scope of works

The selected audit firm will be required to

• Examine financial statements and accounting records;
• Assets internal control systems;
•  Verify compliance with donor and legal requirements;
•  Prepare an audit report with findings and recommendations;
•  Issues a management letter where applicable.

2) Eligibility Requirements

Interested bidders shall provide:

• Valid business/trade license
• TIN Certificate;
• VAT registration Certificate;
• Professional audit license/certificate
•  Company profile and relevant experience;
• List of similar assignments performed;
• Financial proposal and Technical Proposal;

Interested bidders can submit their completed bids in sealed envelopes to HIS Ethiopia Addis Ababa office during working hours from May 15, 2026 to May 21, 2026.

At the address mentioned above. The prospective bidder shall present his/her company’s name and signing to acknowledge receipt of the bid documents.

Bid should be submitted to the mentioned address on or before 11:00AM. May 22, 2026.

Late submission of bides will not be accepted. Bids will be opened 2:00 PM May 23, 2026 in the presences of bidders and their representatives.
