A Minimum of One (1) new gravel construction or any type of asphalt (DBST, TST or AC) Road Construction/Overlay/Upgrading/Rehabilitation/Heavy Maintenance Projects each with a value of at least ETB 11.215 Billion; OR A Minimum of Two (2) new gravel construction or any type of asphalt (DBST, TST or AC) Road Construction/Overlay/Upgrading/Rehabilitation/ Heavy Maintenance Projects each with a value of at least ETB 5.608 Billion; OR A Minimum of Three(3) new gravel construction or any type of asphalt (DBST, TST or AC) Road Construction/Overlay/Upgrading/Rehabilitation/ Heavy Maintenance Projects each with a value of at least ETB 3.738 Billion; OR A Minimum of Four(4) new gravel construction or any type of asphalt (DBST, TST or AC) Road Construction/Overlay/Upgrading/Rehabilitation/ Heavy Maintenance Projects each with a value of at least ETB 2.804 Billion; In all cases, the experiences shall be within the last ten (10) years that have been successfully and substantially completed (70% Completed). |

2. Amend the deadline for submission of bid indicated under item No. 12 of the Notice of Invitation for Bid as follows: “Bid must be delivered to the address below on or before May 29, 2026 at 2.30 PM.”
3. Whereas, the remaining provisions/information’s of previously issued/published Notice of Invitations shall remain unchanged.
