Call For Expression of Interest in Audit Service

ODAA Integrated Transport S.C. would like to invite eligible external audit firms to perform the annual audit of our books of account, interested audit bidders should have:

1. Renewed trade licenses. TIN, VAT and Certificate of professional competence given by ABBE.
2. Evidence of settlement of all taxes for the fiscal
3. Adequate and Experience personals, year 2025/26,
4. Previous audit experience with public Enterprises,
5. Estimated time frame and Other relevant information for audit work.

Interested bidder submit their technical and financial proposals that fulfill the above criteria’s outlining the background, methodology schedules and approaches of the process of professional staffing list and financial proposals including applicable government taxes with detail mode of payment and the reporting mechanism. Bid closing date shall be on 10th day as of this announcement at 4:00PM local time and opened on the same date at 4:30PM local time, If the bide Opening date(10th day) is holiday or on Sunday the Opening date will be Next day.

The Company reserves all right to accept or reject any bids at any time prior to contract award without incurring any liability to Bidders.
