• አሸናፊ መሆኑ ከተረጋገጠ በኋላ መጠይቁ ላይ በተገለፀው ስፐስፊኬሽን፣ መመዘኛ እና ማሳሰብያ መሰረት 4 አውቶብሶችና አስፈላጊ ሲሆን ተጨማሪ አውቶብሶች ማቅረብ የሚችል መሆኑ ማረጋገጫ ህጋዊ ደብዳቤ ማቅረብ አለበት
