Re-Bid for Procurement of Motorcycle

Development Expertise Center (DEC) is a National Civil Society Organization (CSO) that aspires to see all children and Youth Wellbeing fostered. The organization has five major program areas; Child well- being and Education Development, Gender and Life Skill Development; Employable Skill Development, Advocacy, and Humanitarian Emergency Response programs. DEC works different Regions of Ethiopia: Afar, Amhara, Benshangul Gumuz, Gambela, Oromia, Tigray, South West Ethiopia, and Addis Ababa City Administration.

In alignment with the Mission, DEC wants to procure a motorcycle for the Structured Pedagogy for Enhanced Learning and Life (SPELL) project which is supported though by Luminous Fund and implemented in Oromia Region, Southwest Shewa and Jimma Zones in four targeted districts Therefore, all interested and eligible bidders who are capable, qualified, and technically competent and have a valid license for the current Ethiopian FY 2018 can submit their Documents.

Note that:

a. Bidders Can collect Specifications and Quantities from DEC Coordination Office.

b. The Supplier Should Have a Renewed License for the Year

c. Development Expertise Center reserves the right to reject any or all bids.

d. Late applying for bids will not be accepted

e. Bidders should indicate the price includes VAT.

f. Each item is Submitted in a Separate Sealed Envelope.

Bids should only be applied between August 02-07 September 2026.

Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at 10:30 am (4:30 local time) on 08 September 2026, at the DEC Office.
