I1D invites sealed bids from all eligible and qualified bidders, technically competent, and have valid licenses for the supply of the below items for 110 Country Office.

Requirements: (Eligibility criteria)

Renewed & Valid trade license.

Value Added Registration (VAT) certificate.

Tax Identification certificate.

VAT Clearance declaration of Recent Month.

Bid security bond of 5% of the bid amount before Tax by CPO which is Valid for 30 days beginning on the date the bid is opened on a separate Envelop.

Instruction:

Bid documents with the detail description of Items can be obtained from imagine 1 day Addis Ababa Country Office from 09/02/2026 to 12/02/2026 by paying 200 birrs for each lot via Imagine 1 Day CBE

Both financial and technical document with all legal documents (two copies-one original and one copy) in a stamp envelope should be separately submitted to imagine 1day Country Office. by only 13/02/2026 at 10:00AM

Bid will be closed on 13/02/2026 at 10:00AM and opened on 13/02/2026 at 11:00 AM for lot land 11:00 AM for lot ll in the presence of bidders or their legal representative who choose to attend at imagine IDay Country office.

The winner shall deliver the materials within 5 (five) days from the date of the agreement/PO signed.

Payment is going to be made only after delivery of the materials. Imagine 1day, reserves the right to accept or reject the whole or part of any or all bids,
