The International Institute of Rural Reconstruction (IRR), in collaboration with Polish Aid for International Aid (PCPM), is implementing a project titled:

“Support to Development of Emergency and Disaster Response Services in Ethiopia” As part of this initiative. IIRR invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified individuals or firms for the following:

BID DESCRIPTION:

The International Institute of Rural Reconstruction (IRR) is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced construction contractors for the construction of a three-level metal container-based fire simulator designed to provide realistic, hands-on training for local fire services. The facility will be used for live fire training. intense smoke simulation, search and rescue operations and practicing technical skills such as rope rescue,

The selected contractor will be responsible for all aspects of construction, from site preparation to final commissioning and handover, working under the supervision of the IRR and its appointed Construction. Supervision Consultant. (all the details are included in RIQ documents)
