1. ዩኒቨርሲቲው የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በከፊልም ሆነ በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው።
2. ማንኛውም ተጫራች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያውን (100,000.00) ቢድ ቦንድ/CPO/ጥቃቅን አነስተኛ ለሆኑ ከሚመለከተው መስሪያ ቤት በደብረ ማርቆስ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ስም የዋስትና ደብዳቤ ላይ የጨረታው ሎት (የሚወዳደሩበት ዘርፍ) ተጠቅሶ እና የዋስትናው የብር መጠን ተካቶ የጨረታው ጊዜ ከመጠናቀቁ አንድ ቀን አስቀድመው ደ/ማርቆስ ዩኒቨርሲቲው (ዋና ካምፓስ) ቴዎድሮስ በካፋ ህንጻ ቢሮ ቁጥር 014 ማቅረብ ይጠበቅባቸዋል።
3. አሸናፊው ድርጅት የአሸነፈበት ዕቃ ሙሉ በሙሉ ሰርቶ ከማጠናቀቁ በፊት ናሙና ሰርቶ ማቅረብ ይጠበቅበታል።
