Society for Education Environment and Development (SEED) is a humanitarian and development organization, having over nine year experience working with rural communities and the Government to tackle poverty

Currently SEED Jointly with SOS Sahel Ethiopia is implementing a humanitarian project called Rebuilding Lives; An integrated Humanitarian Support for Returning IDPs in East and Horo Guduru Wollega Zones. Our area of implementation is Abe Dongoro District. Horo Guduru wollega Zone Oromia regional state. The project is financed by UNOCHA and through Ethiopian Humanitarian fund (EHF) SEED as ports of program implementation is responsible to provide shelter repair kits to 237 Households (1304 individuals) refuming IDPs to rehabilitate conflict affected returnees in the district. Thus, SEED herein invites interested and licensed supplier and transporter to the destination to compete to supply required quantities of items listed hereunder up to the destination Abe Dongoro District Tullu Wayu Town.

1. Interested eligible bidders can purchase a complete set of bidding document paying a none-returnable ETB 500 (Five hundred birr) from SEED Head office Meskel Square, beside Total Fuel station Endalkachew Building 3rd floor room No. 108/10.

2. Bidder shall submit their price offer in a sealed envelope until February 19/2026 at 12:30 PM local time to SEED Head office. Bidders shall clearly state VAT registered and their prices conditions including or excluding VAT:

3. The Bid price shall be accompanied by bid bond amount of 5% of total price in the form of CPO prepared in the name of Society for Education, Environment and Development.

4. Renewed license for the year 2025/26, registration certificate shall be presented together, with bid price.

5. Financial offer shall be produced in separate envelopes labeled as Original and copy. Technical offer shall be made in separate wax sealed envelope clearly. Both the envelope shall then be sealed in one envelope, singed and stamped addressed to SEED with its address, Experience with such work is crucially important.

6. The bids will be opened on the above mentioned date 19^TH February/2026 at 1:30 PM LOCAL TIME in presence of bidders or their legal representatives at SEED Head office in Addis Ababa. The Company will give priority or choose the bidder who offers all items together with Reasonable price.

7. The winner will transport all Items to Horro Guduru Wollega, Abe Dongoro district, Tulu Wayu town, considering all Loading and unloading price.

8. Failure to comply with the above conditions from No 1 to 6 above shall result in an automatic rejection.

9. SEED reserves the right to accept or reject any or the entire bid without fixing any reason thereof
