Samaritan’s Purse is a nondenominational evangelical Christian organization providing aid to hurting people around the world. Since 1970, Samaritan’s Purse has helped meet needs of people who are victims of war, poverty, natural disasters, disease, and famine to share God’s love through His Son, Jesus Christ.

Auction Submission Guideline
- Items will be available for public visit and inspection at the SPE Addis Base Office, located opposite Bole Printing Press, for five (5) consecutive working days between 2:00 PM and 4:30 PM from the date of publication of the notice.
- All items will be sold on an “as-is, where-is” basis, with no repairs, maintenance, or modifications to be made by SPE.
- The minimum starting price for each item is set; bidders may submit offers above the estimated value, and the highest responsive bid will be considered for award.
- Interested bidders must submit their bids in a sealed envelope no later than 17 September 2026 at 3:00 Pm. Late submissions will not be accepted.
- The bid envelope should clearly indicate “Bid for used items” and be dropped in the bid box at the office location.
- Successful bidders will be notified and must pay the full bid amount to the designated SPE bank account within (3) consecutive working days.
- Purchased assets must be collected and removed from the SPE premises within three (3) working days after payment has been confirmed. Any loading and transportation costs shall be covered by the successful bidder.
- SPE shall not be responsible for any damage, loss, or transportation of the assets after they have been handed over to the successful bidder.
- The bid will be open without the presence of bidders based on organizational policy, and the organization reserves the right to cancel the bid, partially or in full.
