1. Finchaa Sugar Factory has allocated a budget towards the cost of goods. It is intended that part of the proceeds of this budget will be applied to eligible payments under the contract for which this invitation for bids is issued.

2. Finchaa Sugar Factory now invites sealed bids from prospective bidders for the supply (CFR Djibouti) of:

3. Interested bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the bidding documents at the office of:

4. A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of Valid licenses, VAT registration certificate, registration certificate from Ministry of Finance and a written application to the above and upon payment of a non-refundable fee able fee of Ethiopian Birr 400.00 (ETB Four hundred) per lot 

5. Bids for Lots 1 through 11 must be submitted to the aforementioned office by the 35th day from the first date of this Invitation for Bid, which was published in the Newspaper. Bids for Lots 12 through 22 must be submitted by the 40^th day from the same first date. All bids must be received before 2:00 P.M. local time on the specified day. The bid opening will take place on the same day at are 02:30 P.M. in Room No.205 at the same address. If the 35th or 40th day falls on a non-working day, the deadline for bid submission and the bid opening date will be moved to the next working day, at the same time and location. Your bid must include the bid security amount specified in the tender document, which can be in Ethiopian Birr or an equivalent foreign currency. Please note that the exact sorbid closing and opening dates, times, and bid security amounts for each lot will be clearly stated in the tender document.

6. Finchaa Sugar Factory reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
