Procurement of ICT Equipment and Cabinet Organizers

The Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI) Ethiopia, in partnership with the Ministry of Health and the Korean Organization for International Health (KOFIH), invites eligible, legally registered local vendors to bid for the supply and delivery of:

• Lot 1: Laptops
• Lot 2: Heavy-duty multifunctional printer
• Lot 3: Label printers
• Lot 4: Projectors
• Lot 5: Laminating machines
• Lot 6: Cabinet organizers

Bidding is on a lot-by-lot basis; bidders may compete for multiple lots. Bidders must hold a renewed business license, and a bidder’s registration certificate from the Ministry of Finance and Economic Development.

Submission deadline: Before 2:00 PM, August 6, 2026

Technical and financial proposals must be submitted in two separate, sealed, and clearly labeled envelopes, accompanied by a 2% Bid Security (CPO, unconditional bank guarantee, or irrevocable letter of credit).

Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives at 2:15 PM, August 6, 2026, at the CHAI Ethiopia office. Late submissions will be rejected unopened.

CHAI reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, in part or in full, at any stage of the process
