INVITATION TO BUYERS

(SALE OF-HEAVY-DUTY BLIND STEEL CASINGS)

MCG-Builders Up Construction Materials Manufacturing PLC (MCG- BUCMM PLC) hereby invites eligible local buyers to participate on the purchase of Heavy-Duty Blind Steel Casings of different sizes available for sale from its warehouse (stock).

1. Interested buyers are invited to submit sealed bids for the purchase of the Specified Heavy Duty Blind Steel Casings. The sale process shall be conducted in Ethiopian Birr (ETB).

3. A complete set of the sales documents may be obtained upon submission of Copies of the following valid and renewed documents: – Trade License, Trade Registration Certificate, RVAT Registration Certificate and Tax Identification Number (TIN) Certificate.

4. The bid document may be collected upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 200.00 (two Hundred Birr) from the above office.

5. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in an amount not less than one Percent (1%) of the total offered value in the form of a Certified Payment Order (CPO) or an unconditional Bank Guarantee. The Bid Security must be delivered to the address stated above on or before the bid closing date with a separate Envelope which is on or before April 30th, 2026 at 11:00 AM).

6. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders (buyers) or their duly authorized Representatives at 11:30 AM on the same date, place and time referred above.

7. MCG-Builders Up Construction Materials Manufacturing PLC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, in whole or in part.
