EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI)
Vehicle Fleet Replacement – Internal Combustion Engine (ICE) to Electric Vehicles (EV)

Unilever invites qualified and interested suppliers to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for a vehicle fleet replacement initiative.

As part of our sustainability and operational efficiency program, Unilever plans to replace its existing fleet of internal combustion engine (ICE) vehicles with electric vehicles (EVs).

Current Fleet

• 19 Toyota Hilux (Revo) Pickups
• 24 Suzuki Dzire Vehicles
• Total: 43 Vehicles

Proposed Replacement Fleet

• 28 BYD E2 Vehicles
• 3 BYD Yuan Up Vehicles
• Total: 31 Electric Vehicles

Unilever seeks suppliers who are capable of:

• Taking over/purchasing the existing ICE vehicle fleet
• Supplying and/or facilitating the transition to the specified EV fleet
• Providing end-to-end solutions including logistics, valuation, and transition support (preferred)

Eligibility Criteria:

Interested parties should demonstrate:

• Proven experience in vehicle trading, fleet management, or automotive supply
• Capability to handle bulk vehicle transactions
• Experience or readiness to support electric vehicle sourcing and deployment
