TENDER ANNOUNCEMENT
Alsam Dima Industry Center wishes to sell used spinning section machinery, weaving section machinery, and fabric dyeing machinery through an open competitive bid. Accordingly, we request eligible bidders to participate by fulfilling the following tender requirements. For further clarification, you may inquire using the telephone numbers listed below.

Requirements:
- Must possess a renewed business license and be able to submit a copy;
- Must be able to present a commercial registration certificate;
- Must be able to present a Tax Identification Number (TIN) registration certificate;
- Must be able to present a Value Added Tax (VAT) registration certificate;
- Bidders must provide a bid security bond (CPO) of 10% of their offered total price issued by a commercial bank, prepared in the name of “Alsam Dima Industry Center (ADIC)”;
- Bidders are not allowed to submit price offers based on or conditioned upon another bidder’s offer;
- Bidders can purchase the full tender document by paying a non-refundable fee of ETB 1,000 (One Thousand Birr) within ten consecutive working days from the publication date of this notice by visiting the Finance Department Office at our facility located in Sebeta Dima;
- The absence of bidders at the tender opening ceremony will not impede the tender opening process;
- The company reserves the right to cancel the tender partially or fully if it finds a better option.
