The Ethiopian Somali regional state, Moyale TVET college invites eligible bidders

• Lot I cuntada ardeyda (students food).
• Lot II all dept materials
• Lot III purchase of chairs and learning boards
• Lot IV purchase of beds, mattresses and lockers for students

1. Bidding document may be purchased at MTVETC room No 2 upon payment for non refundable Birr 500 (five hundred) within 7days of the 1st appearance of this announcement during the normal working hours.

2. Bidders required presenting their renewed license for year 2018 EC VAT. Registration certificate, supplier certificate, and tax payer identification(TIN)

3. All bidders must be accompanied by bid bound 2% of the total price of the bid, in the form of insurance, bank guarantee or C.P.O before the closing date.

4. Bids will be opened on the one week after the announcement on the news papers at 9:30 am in the presence of the bidders or legal representatives. Late bids shall be reject Bidders and also are instructed to submit separate sealed one original & one photocopy of the technical and financial documents separately and should be sealed in an outer envelope

5. The bureau has the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
