INVITATION TO BID

All local eligible Metal Workers and BC/GC Contractors who have Trade Licenses and Construction certificates valid for year 2018 E.C. and Valid Registration Certificate from concerned issuing body are kindly invited to the Competition and advised to:

1. Interested eligible bidders can purchase a complete set of bidding document paying a non-refundable ETB 500 (Five Hundred Birr) from ERCS, Oromia Regional Office Tel +251-22 111-1717 located at East Shewa branch located around Adama City

2. Submit sealed bid providing necessary material, labor and equipment to execute production and Fixing Window- Door work in Oromia Region, Bishoftu City.

3. All tenders must be submitted to Ethiopian Red Cross Society, Adama City Zonal Office Tel +251 -22 111-1717- located at around Bekele Molla Hotel along with a BID SECURITY (BID BOND) in acceptable Forms (CPO ONLY) SPECIFIED IN THE BIDDING DATA SHEET amounting to 2% of the bid offer, on separate envelope. The CPO should be valid for 28 days after bid validity.

4. Bidders advise to submit Financial and Technical in separate wax sealed envelopes label as ORIGINAL & COPY (Original Technical, Copy Technical, Original Financial, Copy Financial all in separate wax sealed envelopes.). Also bid bond (bid security) by its separate wax sealed envelope. Finally sealed in one mother post

5. Opening ceremony & submitting bid only at ERCS, East Shewa Zonal Branch, Adama

6. Obtain further information from the address mentioned above.

7. You can visit the site envisaged for the construction and acquire necessary reconnaissance.

8. Bid will be closed on the 10th calendar days of the announcement of this bid in the newspapers at 2:00pm and open on the same date at 2:30 pm, ERCS, East Shewa Zonal Branch and if the date is a holiday (not working day) on the next working date at 10:00AM.

9. ERCS, East Shewa Zonal Branch has the right to reject any or all bids.
