Invitation for Bid

Modern East African School Share Company located in Oromia Regional State, Shaggar City, Burayu Sub-city has allocated a budget for procurement of Office Supplies and Stationary Materials for 2018 Academic Year with

Reference No. MEAS/1123/17 as listed below.

1. Stationary Materials:

A4 papers, Exercise books, Hard Papers, Card Papers, Chalk, Dusters, and other Stationary Materials in bulky.

2. Office Supplies:- Combined-desk, Chairs, Tables (both wood and plastic), Shelves, Guard and Cleaner’s cloth and Sanitary Materials,

3. Electronics; like Desk tops, Photo copy machine, and others,

4. Sport Materials.

Requirements

• Renewed trade license
• VAT/registration certificate
• TIN certificate
• Bid Security of ETB 100,000.00.

Therefore, traders that can fulfill the above requirements may collect the bid document with non-refundable fee of Birr 1,500.00 from Modern East African School Finance Office from Nehasie 19-23/2017 E.C.

Bid opening shall be Nehasie26/2017 at 3:00 local time.

N.B: The Company Reserves the right to accept/reject any part or the entire bid.
